After breakfast in your hotel, drive in an air-conditioned vehicle towards to Discover the rich heritage and breathtaking mountain landscapes of Oman on a journey through Misfat Al Abriyeen, Al Hamra, and Jabal Shams. Begin in Misfat Al Abriyeen, a historic mountain village known for its traditional mud houses, some dating back around 400 years. Wander through its narrow streets, lush plantations, and ancient Falaj irrigation systems, which continue to support local farming traditions. Continue to Al Hamra Old Town, one of Oman’s oldest settlements, where beautifully preserved houses dating back more than 300 years offer a glimpse into the country’s past. The journey continues to Jabal Shams, the highest mountain in the Arabian Peninsula, rising to over 3,000 meters above sea level.
