Tour overview
This fast-paced private two-day tour combines the most distinctive landscapes of eastern and western Oman. Swim at Wadi Bani Khalid, experience sunset and an overnight stay in Wahiba Sands, then cross to historic Nizwa. Explore Nizwa Souq and Fort, the oasis village of Misfat Al Abreen, UNESCO-listed Bahla Fort, and the elegant 17th-century Jibreen Castle before returning to Muscat.

Day 1 - Muscat, Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands | Desert Camp Depart Muscat for Wadi Bani Khalid and spend around two hours enjoying the mountain oasis and clear pools. Continue to Bidiyah for a traditional lunch, then enter Wahiba Sands with the camp's 4WD vehicle. Enjoy dates and Arabic coffee, optional desert activities, sunset from the dunes, dinner, and an evening around the campfire.

Day 2 - Wahiba Sands, Nizwa, Misfat Al Abreen, Bahla and Jibreen | Muscat After breakfast, drive approximately two hours to Nizwa. Explore the traditional souq and Nizwa Fort, then continue to Misfat Al Abreen to walk among historic mud houses, plantations, and falaj channels. Stop at UNESCO-listed Bahla Fort and complete the day at Jibreen Castle with an audio-guided visit before returning to Muscat.
