Visit Jibreen Castle, UNESCO-listed Bahla Fort, the Omani Grand Canyon at Jabal Shams, and the traditional oasis village of Misfat Al Abreen. After an overnight stay in Nizwa, explore Nizwa Souq and Fort, the ruins and falaj of Birkat Al Mouz, and the terraced villages of Jabal Akhdar before returning to Muscat.

Day 1 - Muscat, Jibreen Castle, Bahla, Jabal Shams and Misfat Al Abreen | Nizwa Drive from Muscat to the 17th-century Jibreen Castle, where an audio guide introduces its history and architecture. Stop for photographs at UNESCO-listed Bahla Fort, then ascend Jabal Shams past the village of Ghul for views over the Omani Grand Canyon. After lunch near Al Hamra, explore Misfat Al Abreen's 400-year-old homes, plantations, narrow lanes, and falaj channels before continuing to Nizwa.

Day 2 - Nizwa, Birkat Al Mouz and Jabal Akhdar | Muscat Begin at Nizwa Souq, known for dates, halwa, spices, silver, and local produce, then visit Nizwa Fort and its monumental round tower. Continue to Birkat Al Mouz to see the historic ruins, oasis, and falaj irrigation system. Ascend Jabal Akhdar for terrace views, traditional villages, plantations, and the Wadi Bani Habib walk before returning to Muscat.
